Our Pengerang Eco-Industrial Park (PeIP) will house Malaysia’s first MRO and IRM Global Centre of Excellence. It will be complemented by a Plant Turnaround Village, Logistics Hub and T-VET City. Together they form an ecosystem of world-class product and service providers supported by superior infrastructure, utilities, facilities and amenities.
PeIP is designed for investors to address opportunities in the oil, gas, petrochemical, power generation and marine industries.
Our PeIP is approximately four kilometres (straight line) from PETRONAS’ USD27 (RM110) billion Petroleum Integrated Complex (PIC). By locating at PeIP, your company can provide prompt and efficient services to PETRONAS’ PIC.
Two nearby deepwater terminals at Teluk Ramunia and Tanjung Setapa will facilitate transporting large equipment and structures to and from PeIP for MRO and IRM services. These deepwater terminals will enable operators in our PeIP to address opportunities in Singapore and other nearby countries.
We have a technical and vocational educational and training (TVET) centre to provide a steady supply of skilled manpower. We also have a centralised and independent utility facility (IUF) to deliver utilities such as compressed air, data centre services and back-up power.
Next to PeIP is our Pengerang International Commercial Centre (PICC) which will include a Grade A office tower, a community mall, a service apartment block and two residential apartment blocks to support our PeIP.
Maintenance, repair and overhaul of rotating equipment such as gas and steam turbines, compressors, pumps, blowers, and transmission and propulsion systems.
Inspection, repair and maintenance of process equipment such as fired and unfired pressure vessels, heat exchangers, reactors and separators; and structures like piping systems, storage tanks, skids, modules and steel structures.
Each semi-detached factory will have its own strata-title. The factory ground floor load bearing is 50kN/sm and has clear height of 15 metres in the factory area.
Each terrace factory will have two strata-titles, one for the entire second floor and another for the rest of the building, including ground floor and roof area. Each terrace factory may have one or two different owners.
Two different owners to one factory lot will mean a lower purchase price for each owner. If one owner decides to take up the whole factory, the second floor may serve as a warehouse or rented out to obtain income.
